Two unrelated trivial man page corrections:

1)	news(1) references $HOME instead of $home; fixed.

2)	juke(7) has bad formatting in FILES. There doesn't
	seem to be a consensus on the best way to format
	this, so I looked at a few examples and went with
	personal preference (from rio(1)).
